Agents Notes
For the price, this is a solid unit in need of cosmetic upgrade. The park is quiet and peaceful and is well maintained by Wyldecrest Parks. As with all park homes there is ground rent to pay, . The heating and hot water is gas fired with a bulk gas cylinder in the rear garden. Pets are allowed on the park but certain vehicles are restricted such as camper vans and caravans. I believe this to be a worthwhile investment that you can add value to. Definitely worth consideration.
